Every night i cry myself to sleep because your always on my mind i try to let you go but my heart wont after what you did to me you left scars emotional and physical im stupid for forgiving you how could i ever trust you you hurt me you broke my heart i want to forget you i want you out of my life but no matter how hard i try when i lay down at night your always on my mind why wont you leave why do i never stop thinking about you

Sometimes it's just better try to forget the hurtful past and to use that much overused 2 words "Move on."
I know .... I've been there, on many an occasion.
