Remember Us

poem by: Theresa Taylor
Written on Jul 07, 2016

At the end of time I will walk with you to the edge of town
I will hold your hand and we will lay down
I will take you in without a caress, without a sound
We will hold earch other with our eyes so dim light and memories can reflect
We will see the perfect in our imperfect
As we laugh and carve our names into the sunset
