Starving

poem by: Tony Anderson
Written on Jul 25, 2016

There he stands
With a sigh in his hands that reads
"My last meal was from a dumpster"
Written by his six year old hands

There she stand
With a sign in her hands that reads
"I have not eaten in three days"
Written in her eight year old hands

Children are starving all over the world
It is far time
We let their voices be heard

Governments don't do much to help their own starving children.....just accept aid from wealthy nations....but don't distribute it fairly....they don't care about their own.....it's a disgraceful fact!....
