To My Wallflower

Darling I love you, that's how it has always been.
Tonight I miss you, may I ask how have you been?
Me I've been fine, just watching a pretty scene.
Wishing you're mine, as the sky changes to bright from dim.

From the very first time, my eyes have met yours.
Already knew that time, always I'm ever yours.
The beauty that's only, the prettiest today and before.
Loving you I'm happy, nothing could I ask for more.

Like those evening dramas, that I've watched night by night alone.
I wish that could be us, writing silly poems in my phone.
Thousand words Hundred verses, all written because of you.
See you're so special, here's another one for you.

So let me make a promise, upon this constellation of words.
Wait for me my dear, and keep open your heart's doors.
One day I'll come to you, with one knee flat on the floor.
Saying: "Give me your heart and darling, I promise you the world.
