One Day

poem by: Julius Brian Cruz

One day... I will rule the world.
With nothing, but verses and words.
No need for swords.
No need No Lords
This broken home, ripen to make reforge.

One day... We won't need Religion.
A set of beliefs that initiates Division.
What's constant is change, so let's break tradition.
Only then can we heal, our severed connections.

One day... We won't need Weapons.
Pointless it is ,to facilitate Destruction.
So long have we come, to reach this realization
That divinity is found, upon the mastery of Creation.
(To Destroy is Pointless - To Create is Divine)

One day... There won't be any secrets.
By the light of truth, shall it be revealed in sequence.
One eye to see them all, the liars, the fraud, and the heedless.
Rightfully we deserve, to see light upon the darkness.

One day... I shall rule the world.
An ordinary man, with such ambitious words.
Compared to a God, who once failed to make reforge.
He mirrors the Angel Lucifer, a fool to rise above the Lord.....

Empty Thoughts
