Stop the racism

poem by: Stephanie Okoro
Written on Jan 29, 2017

Initiated by the cruel humanity,
Judging your neigbour by the race,
Racism ended sociability
Which was caused by the wicked face

You little child of today shall not be blamed
For you have only followed the ways you assimilated
You were pure when you were created
Humanity destroyed your purity
For you knew nothing of the world

Racism shall die
If only the world could reunite
No one will cry
Unity will be our name
And we shall be one

Black or white?
It doesn't matter
Our features are the same
Just because of the difference of colour
Hatred is shown in the world

Imagine a world full of only one colour
That will be boring
You won't explore any culture.

It's time to show love and care
For the end is near
