My Baby

poem by: Freesa Khan
Written on Jan 16, 2014

Late night changes, morning cries,
Night time spent singing lullabies.
Joyful laughter and day time shows,
Always lugging a change of clothes.
Can’t remember a good night’s sleep,
Or silent days without a peep.
And with all the struggle I love you so,
Could never ever let you go.
One day you shall go on your own,
I hope you’ll find your way back home.
