My scars

poem by: Alli Steward
Written on Feb 23, 2014

Hurting. Hurting yes we are
Each of us humans,
We all have our scars.
My scars fill my body,
inside and out,
Because on the inside
They are too hard to count
My scars arent pink, nor are they white
They seem a color deep like the night,
My scars my scars
They are contageous
Our scars our scars
make people hate us.
