In love with life

In love with life

How can one hold it in?
All this happiness, this glee!
I dance and sing so endlessly
That’s just the way it be
Some people think me quite insane
Cause they don’t understand
How the energy just pours on out
When life, it feels so grand.

I walk around on crutches
And yet I dance within
Every morning I wake up
A symphony begins
Cause each day is delightful
As the sun shines up above
Some say it’s insanity
But me, I call it love.

It be a special kind of love
It’s there for all of life
My end is coming ever near
But when my time is rife
I’m going to dance my life away
To that place that waits for me
Cause joy it bubbles constantly
So loose, and fancy free.
