From the very bottom

There are days when all you feel is a deep well inside of yourself
I’ve never been the bravest but I’ve always been there
I’ve risen when others have fallen and I’ve been the rock they needed

In my books - no one walks alone.

From the very bottom of emotion to the surface, in my eyes you may see the hurt
There are days when my heart feels like stone
Days when I’ve been from a really good high to a massive low

From the very bottom of my heart, you are strong and you are not alone.
Don’t worry if you get sad, those emotions will eventually go.
There’s always a solution when you feel the skies are grey.

From the very bottom to the very top

Trust the ones that ask if you’re doing okay.
Talk to somebody who tells you that they’re there for you.
