It’s half past four
And I’m still awake
I’ve been like this
For the past few days

Been lying in bed
Since nine o’clock
And I still can’t get
Any sleep. Oh no

It’s five in the morning
I’ll get up at six
So what’s the point
In any of this?

Hi Frank. Hope you’re still keeping well. I like soothing music and the sound of rain, But I’ve no idea why I have a restless brain

Before you go to bed ..take a tip from me ...listen to a few tracks of AC DC...also a few pints of your favourite booze...a perfect recipe to help you snooze...🎶🍺👍🏻....😴?
