Turn everything off and be, in the moment, in the energy that is you, not that which is plugged into your device.

You are responsible for your life. You are writing your history each day. When you turn off the lights, are you content with the day you have just experienced. Can you look at yourself and know that you were an honorable person today.

Are you living, striving towards, a balanced state of being, or just consuming?
