The Best Thing in Life

It was a beautiful fall day.. The wind was lightly blowing and the sun shined brightly. I had to see my doctor, and it was so nice out side I walked.. I left early so I could walk slowly to enjoy the nice cool morning. When I got to Beach and University blvd. I noticed a man in a wheel chair trying to cross the busy city street. He was having problems trying to move, so I stopped him. "Excuse me sir, would you like some help?" He looked at me with hope in his eyes and said, " I could use a little help. " So, I made sure his feet were safely put up and I began to push him to his destination.. My hands were hurting and I started to run short of breath, but I was not gonna stop until I knew I had helped this poor man. When we got in front of Memorial Hospital he told me that we had reached his destination. So, I told him, " Be careful, and God Bless You. " I hugged his neck.. I know I made his day because I showed him he is never alone.. God watches out for us. God sent me to help that man; I just know that through me, God changed that mans life forever.. Help from others, no matter what kind of help it is, can be very life changing, even if it is a smile. God's help and His love is the best thing in life...
